"Boosting your energy to face the winter"

As a necessary transitional period, the month of November calls for winter preparation, boosting immunity, and strengthening the body.

Both the body and the mind are put to the test: a month that weighs us down!

November often comes with colds, hoarseness, chills, and drops in mood due to decreased light.

It's the perfect time to give yourself a boost to maintain vitality throughout the winter.

November is also characterized by the stripping of trees as they bare themselves, days dwindling, and nights gaining ground. It's a time of year that reminds us of the necessity of emptiness and invites us, much like nature, to let go of what is no longer a source of life within us.

On the mat, during this workshop, we will seek a balance between dynamic and gentle practice, gradually guiding us towards greater inner reflection suitable for the winter.

Yoga also proves to be a valuable ally in helping us dispel dark thoughts: it revitalizes, regenerates, and activates us. It's a precious tool to return to the essentials, to enjoy a moment of calm in an attempt to reduce the incessant wanderings of our mind.
